Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback. Very glad you found some use in my recipes 🙂 As for Adobe RGB, yes. I generally recommend you shoot that way because of the amount of editing headroom you get from it. It's also important for fine art printing. However you need to be careful when using consumer grade photo printing, even at labs. These often expect sRGB and will not handle Adobe RGB very well in many cases. If you don't care about fine art printing or editing JPGs then sRGB should be fine.
